- Housing – challenging evictions, supporting housing applications, tribunals, defending court action
- Debt – deciding best solution, signposting to debt specialists, dealing with creditors
- Court – preparing to defend court action
- Penalty/Private Charge Notices – dealing with unfair charges
- Money claims – defending claims , making claims
