We are here to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all… Proverbs 31:8

From time to time we will add testimonies of clients who have used tCAS services and support and who want to share their experience of the impact it has had on their lives and how God has impacted their lives.

We will also add testimonies of volunteers experience of working with tCAS and why they choose to volunteer.

From a Client:
Brian’s story involves him being the victim of ‘cuckooing’. People took over his house, imprisoned him and ran up numerous parking fines using his car. Eventually the police were notified by suspicious neighbours. Hear his story in his own words…

From a Client:

“I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to the whole tCAS team especially Tony and Trevor for taking their time to assist me with all the help and support I needed.

From my experience of tCAS I can conclude that it is an excellent organisation that is committed to helping their clients to resolve any issues they have. They have a ‘client comes first’ approach whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. I was amazed by the dedication in helping me resolve my issues and I am sure their work and services are well appreciated by the most vulnerable during these difficult times.

May this testimonial serve as a token of appreciation to the whole team for what you did for me especially during this difficult time with the Covid pandemic. I know it must be a stressful time for the team due to the uncertainty and I was amazed about how professional you all were with assisting.”

A reference from a charity tCAS works alongside:

“I have referred a number of families to tCAS over the last few months and have found the service they provide to be exemplary. The people in tCAS have demonstrated such kindness and empathy to all of these particularly vulnerable families and I have had amazingly positive feedback from them. I know I can totally rely on a prompt, professional and caring service with tCAS which is unique in a day and age where long waiting lists for these services are usually the norm.”
