We have developed a way of enabling our ‘Enquirers’ and ‘Advisors’ by creating what we call ‘Apps’, so that they can give quality and appropriate information and advice.
Using the ‘Apps’ we have a unique way to upskill people to the standard necessary to offer information (Enquirer) and Advice (Advisor).
We recognised that other advice organisations invest a great deal of time in training their staff. We decided, that as much of the knowledge is based on ‘decision trees’: “If this then that, if that then this”, we could use a guided approach which focuses in on the client’s need and provides the way forward.
The ‘Apps’ are automatically updated so that our Enquirers and Advisors give the most accurate information and advice to clients. In addition we are Members of UK Advice organisations and have access to other agencies which provide specialist advice to help us help our clients.
